How we write

• We use only what published sources say about her life. We never invent qualities, stories or quotes.
• When little is known, we say so simply and keep her in our thoughts.
• We do not describe how her life ended, we do not name or point at anyone, and we do not publish photographs of her.
• When a name has not been widely published, we respect that and write about "a woman" or "a mother" from her town.
• Every page names the published sources it draws on. Relatives or readers who want to check a detail can ask us for the original source.
